On the left front tail of the jersey is the “Wilson” tag with wash instructions and jersey size “46.” Below is a strip tag with “75 Set 2” in navy blue chain stitch. Inside the rear collar is a white strip tag with “Upshaw” embroidered in navy blue chain stitch. Player number “34” appears on both the front and back in red on white tackle twill. On the right sleeve is the team disc patch. Inside the waistband of the shorts is the “Wilson” tag with size “37” which is embroidered on the tag. Adjacent is a white strip tag with “Upshaw 26 75 Set 2.” Also included is a cap, KM Pro size 7-1/4 with player number “34” written under the brim in black marker and a pair of red stirrups. The uniform shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
