Ron Boone was known as the "Ironman of the ABA." After college at Idaho State University, he played for the Utah Stars, and was on their championship team in the 1971 ABA Finals. A member of the ABA All-Rookie Team in 1968-1969, he was also a four-time ABA All-Star and once hit 32 free throws in a row to tie the ABA record. On the right front tail of the jersey is the "Rawlings" manufacturer's size 44 wash instructions tag. Across the front of the jersey is "ABA WEST." "ABA" is done in red on white on blue triple tackle twill and "WEST" is done in red tackle twill. On the front and back is the player number "24". Across the back is the player name "BOONE." This lettering and numbering is done in red tackle twill. Also, on front of the jersey are 2 stars done in blue on red tackle twill. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
