Journeyman Jim Barnett was a popular guard/forward who played with eight teams over his 11 year NBA career. He has been an analyst for over 20 years with the Golden State Warriors, for whom he played from 1971-1974. In the collar of this blue warm-up jacket is the "Wilson" manufacturers size "Medium" tag. Below is an embroidered strip tag "25-73" indicating Barnett's number and the year, respectively. Number "12" is written on this tag in black marker. On the front left breast is the embroidered "Warriors" logo. On the back of the jacket is the "State of California" embroidered logo. On the left sleeve is the embroidered "Warriors" patch with number "12" sewn on in tackle twill. All embroidery is done in yellow and blue. The jacket shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind. This was worn originally by Jim Barnett in 1973 and then afterwards in 1975 by Robert Hawkins who was number 12.
