Emperor from 98-117 AD, Trajan was one of the "12 Caesars" under whose rule the Roman Empire reached its greatest territorial extent. This Roman Imperial silver AR denarius coin features a laureated right-facing bust of Trajan on the front and Annona standing facing left, holding grain ears over child standing right holding roll and cornucopia on the reverse, with "Alim Ital." This scarce issue has been encapsulated and graded ICG-VG10.
