This New York Mets "Port Authority" cap was worn by Al Leiter shortly after the 9/11 attacks in the 2001 season. The "Cobra Cap" hat is adjustable, and features a hologram from Major League Baseball on the inside of the bill which reads, "GT00033807". The outside of the cap has the New York/New Jersey Port Authority patch logo stitched on in blue/yellow/and white. Al signed the outside bill of the cap, along with his number "22" in white sharpie which rates a 9. The cap comes with a LOA from James Spence Authentication.
