On the inside back collar of the sweater is the "Maska" manufacturers tag with wash instructions on it and size "54" written on it. On the front of the sweater is the "Buffalo Sabres" embroidered logo patch. On the upper left chest is the captains "C" in yellow on white tackle twill. On each sleeve is the smaller "Buffalo Sabres" embroidered logo patch. Below that on each sleeve and on the back of the sweater is the player number "11" in yellow on white tackle twill. Across the back is "PERREAULT" in yellow tackle twill on a blue name plate. On the back right tail of the sweater is the official "CCM" corporation embroidered logo. There is a signature on the back number in blue marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows game-use and there appears to be no alterations of any kind.
