The tail of this jersey has been custom hemmed. On the inside back collar is a manufacturer's tag with "03-48 S" on it. On the front, back, and on each shoulder is the player number "28" in navy on gold tackle twill. Across the back is "FAULK" in navy tackle twill on a white name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" embroidered logo patch. Below that is the official "Rams" embroidered name. On the left breast is the official "Rams Saint Louis 10th Anniversary" embroidered logo patch. On each sleeve above the player numbers is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey has been custom hemmed on the bottom. The jersey shows game-use and besides being custom hemmed appears to have no alterations of any kind.
