Maurice Cheeks was selected as the 36th pick in the second round of the 1978 NBA Draft by the 76ers. Cheeks played 15 years as a guard in the NBA (11 with the Philadelphia 76ers), earning four trips to the All-Star Game. He helped the 76ers earn three trips to the NBA Finals in a four-year span in the early 1980s (1980, 1982,1983), including one NBA championship in 1983. In league history he ranks third all-time in steals and eighth all-time in assists. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "MacGregor Sand-Knit Philadelphia 76ers" manufacturer's tag. Below that is an additional "MacGregor Sand-Knit" manufacturer's tag with the jersey size "42" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "SIXERS" in blue on red tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "10" in blue on red tackle twill. On the upper left breast is the embroidered official NBA logo. Across the back is "CHEEKS" in blue tackle twill. The jersey is autographed on front in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows good game-use and there appears to be no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication.
