On the left front tail of this home pinstripe zippered front jersey is the "Wilson" manufacturer's size "42" tag. Below that is a strip tag with "84 2" embroidered on it. On the inside back collar is a strip tag with "MADDOX" embroidered on it. On the left breast of the jersey is the Phillies "P" logo. On the right breast and on the back is the player number "31." Across the back is
"MADDOX" on a white name plate. All lettering and numbering is done in burgundy tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the embroidered official "Phillies" logo patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
