On the front left tail of the David Wells blue alternate jersey is the "RUSSELL ATHLETIC" manufacturer's size "54" tag with wash instructions. Attached are two flag tags, one reading "100% POLYESTER," and the other reading "4" EXTRA LENGTH." In the collar of the jersey is a strip tag that reads "33-54-99-5." Across the front of the jersey is "TORONTO," across the back of the jersey is "WELLS," and on the front and back is the player number "33" done in red on white triple tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the "BLUE JAYS" logo patch. On the right sleeve is the "R" Russell embroidered logo. On the back collar of the Al Leiter grey road jersey is the "WILSON" manufacturer's size "44" tag with wash instructions. Below that in the collar of the jersey is an embroidered strip tag that reads "28 91 1." Across the front of the jersey is "TORONTO" and the player number "28" is on the back of the jersey in white on blue tackle twill. Across the back of the jersey is "LEITER" done in blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the "1991 All-Star Game" patch. On the inside left front tail of the jersey is the "Majestic" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that is a flag tag with the jersey size "46" on it. Inside the left seam of the jersey is a wash tag with code "0062" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "JAYS." On the back is the player number "31" in black on silver on blue triple tackle twill. Across the back is "LILLY" in black on blue tackle twill on a white name plate. On the left shoulder is the embroidered "Majestic" logo. On the back outside collar is the embroidered official "MLB" logo. These jerseys show game-use and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
