Mizuno Pro Model “World Win GPT-5” The glove has a custom brown leather weave which we have never seen before this. It is nylon stitched with a solid pitcher’s web that is multi-hinged. The glove shows excellent game use and has Goose imprinted on the left interior pinkie with “Goose” written below the web. Rich Gossage writes in his letter “I specifically wore this glove on June 24, 1983 when pitching to George Brett in what has become known as the 'Pine Tar Game'". This is one of the most historical and controversial moments in baseball history. Nobody will ever forget the temper tantrum the great George Brett threw that day. This is a true article of baseball history. The glove was reconditioned at a later date and a newer Mizuno logo was put on. The glove comes with a detailed LOA from Goose Gossage and from Greg Booker whom Gossage gave this glove to in Spring Training of 1984. Also comes with a letter from Denny Eskin.
