Cassius Clay of the United States, later known as Muhammad Ali, first gained international prominence by winning the light-heavyweight gold medal at the 1960 Olympics. He would later turn professional and embark on a phenomenal career. This framed display piece measures 15x14” and features a ticket from the Opening Ceremonies on August 25th, 1960. Cassius Clay signed the ticket with the added inscription “From 19-60” and in our opinion the signature rates a near 9. Also included in the frame is an “UFFICIALE ROMA MCMIX” official pin and a picture of Clay in a USA jacket. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
