This size 5-1/2 New York Yankees World Championship ring from 1950-1952 has been cast in 14K gold and was presumably made for a member of Phil Rizzuto's family. The ring has been sized and has been in a private collection for the past 25 years, origin unknown. On the top face is a synthetic diamond set atop a gold baseball diamond. Around this is "New York Yankees World Champions" in relief. On both the right and left shanks is the "Yankees" logo in relief with ornate leaf designs in relief, above which is gold banner. On the inside of the ring is stamped "14K Dieges & Clust" and "Phil Rizzuto" engraved. The ring shows heavy wear with the reliefs having been worn down but still legible. "Rizzuto" engraved on the inside has been partially faded due to resizing, VG condition overall.
