About the only thing Barry Bonds didn't do last season was walk on water, although many of the horsehides he deposited into McCovey Cove behind the right field stands at Pac-bell Park did. Bonds' season was magical. At 38, he not only hit a record 73 homers, but reached and bypassed the 500-homer mark. His homers were all the more remarkable since he also broke the record for most walks in a season (177). And to top it off, he hit .328 and drove in 137 runs. Inside the collar is a Starter size XXL label with a handwritten "25" in black marker. The orange "SF" logo is sewn onto the left breast. The jacket comes with a letter of authenticity from NL umpire Eric Gregg, to whom Bonds originally gave it.
