On the front left tail is the Adidas manufacturer’s tag size “2XL” with an attached flag tag to the right reading “LENGTH +2”. Adjacent to the right is an “NBA AUTHENTICS” tag serial number “SKI01339” and above is an “NBA HWC NIGHTS” tag. On the left inseam is a flag tag with jersey materials and washing instructions and an Adidas flag tag reading “10/14 S86578 AZB001”. Attached to the rear collar is a flag tag that reads “MADE IN THAILAND 2XL2”. Across the chest reads “ROCHESTER” in white on red tackle twill. Below and on the back is the player number “15” done in white mesh on red tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “COUSINS” done in white tackle twill sewn directly into the blue mesh jersey. On the back below the collar is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
