Standing just 6-feet tall, HOFer Allen Iverson became one of the most lethal scorers in NBA history. While he was frequently the smallest player on the court, he could get anywhere he wanted because of his quickness, strength, and handle. Nicknamed “The Answer,” Iverson left Georgetown University following his sophomore season to pursue his NBA dream and showcase his killer crossover. He left an indelible mark on the Philadelphia 76ers in 2001 when he was named regular season MVP and led the franchise to the NBA Finals. In 17 seasons of professional basketball, A.I. was selected to eleven NBA All-Star rosters, scored more than 24,000 points, dished more than 5,000 assists, and was named an All-NBA performer seven times. He won the regular season scoring title four times (1999, 2001, 2002, 2005). Allen did not play in this All-Star game due to personal reasons but did participate in the photoshoot, where this came from directly. On the front left tail of this blue CLIMACOOL jersey, is the Adidas / NBA AUTHENTICS label, with a ‘LENGTH +2”’ attached. Adjacent is the NBA AllStar DALLAS 2010 patch. Adidas / NBA AUTHENTICS label inside the back of the neck. NBA All Star patch embroidered on the left breast. Adidas logo printed on the right breast. ‘EAST’ across the front in white and navy tackle twill with silver embroidery. Player number (3) on the front/back in white mesh and navy tackle twill with silver embroidery. Player name (IVERSON) below player number on back, done in white tackle twill. ‘76ers’ patch on the back of the neck. Inside the back of the waistband of the shorts is the Adidas / NBA AUTHENTICS label with size (L) and an attached tag “LENGTH +2””. Attached to the waistband below is a ‘MADE IN THAILAND’ tag and a wash tag. NBA All Star patch on the right thigh and Adidas logo printed on the left thigh. This uniform is properly tagged, presented to us as NBA All-Star photoshoot-worn and is sourced from the then 76ers Director of PR. Accompanied by a letter from Photo-Match.com, confirming the match.
