In the back collar is the "ADIDAS CLIIMA365" manufacturers tag. Above is an additional manufacturer’s tag “Made in Thailand 122.” On the front left breast is the “HAWKS” team logo patch. On the front right breast is the player number “2” done in white on blue on aqua new tackle twill with the player name ‘JOHNSON” embroidered below. Across the back is “EAST” in white on blue on aqua new tackle twill. Above is the “2009 Phoenix All-Star Game” logo patch. Above this is the “Adidas” embroidered logo. On the right sleeve is the “3 Time All-Star” patch. In the back inside left tail is the 'NBA Game Worn 2008-2009 Season" tag. The jacket shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a LOA from the NBA.
