Ichiro was the first MLB player to enter the Japanese Baseball HOF (The Golden Players Club). He was a ten-time MLB All-Star and won the 2007 ASG MVP with a three-hit performance that included the event’s first-ever inside-the-park home run. In his first season with the Seattle Mariners, Suzuki earned the American League Rookie of the Year Award and the AL MVP. Suzuki led the league in hits, stolen bases, batting average and for good measure earned a Gold Glove. This is an Ichiro Suzuki Mizuno professional model fielder’s glove. Top-grade blue tanned North European Kip Leather, bound with blue tanned rawhide laces and nylon stitching. The fingers are highlighted with neutral welting. Conventional back with a fleece lined wrist strap and a pro-style dual cross laced inserted sixth finger web. Manufacturer's labeling includes a Mizuno wrist label and company logo on the back of the web. ‘Mizuno Pro’ is lightly stamped in the pocket. ‘Ichiro’ is embroidered in white on the back of the thumb. This glove is properly marked, presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate wear. Accompanied by a PSA/DNA LOA, which states in part ‘being gifted by Ichiro to former teammate, Mike Cameron’.
