The face of the franchise for 16 impressive seasons, Mike Modano wore this jersey during the team's 2000 Stanley Cup-winning run. A huge part in the Stars' championship season, Modano scored more than 20 playoff points, the same postseason he put evident use on this magnificent jersey that he wore during the Stanley Cup Finals. The 500-goal scorer’s number "9" has been applied to each sleeve and verso, with the jersey front showcasing the team logo and "2000 Stanley Cup Finals" patch. Iron-clad provenance is also provided directly below the jersey's original fight strap, in the form of a "1999-2000 Collection Set 3 MeiGray" swatch in the rear interior tail. Completing this Hall-of-Fame-caliber piece is the size “58" flap tag in the collar and "Modano" spelled in three-color tackle twill on the rear nameplate. Two black dots are written on the fight strap as well as the number “3” inside the “CCM” logo. Board burns and stick marks are present on both sleeves and the front hem and a small unrepaired hole is on the left shoulder. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a Joe Tomon LOA.
