On the front left tail is the APEX ONE label with a flag tag attached that is either blank or too faded to read. Adjacent is a 93 year tag. NFL logo shield on the front collar. Apex logo on both sleeves. Player number (11) screened in blue and red on the front/back and both sleeves. Player name (SIMMS) is done in blue vinyl on a white nameplate across the back. Repairs on the left breast and left sleeve. This jersey is properly tagged, presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent wear.
