The following season, after being chosen first overall in the Amateur Draft, Bridgman played for the Philadelphia Flyers. This punishing forward had a stellar NHL career, racing up 768 points and an astounding 1923 penalty minutes in just 1102 career games (playoffs included). In 1975-76, the “A” and Bridgman’s nameplate were removed and Jeff McDill’s name was added. This vintage durene junior jersey is littered with team repairs, blood stains and the number on back is reinforced. Team name/logo patch is embroidered on the front. Player number “9” is done in blue tackle twill on both sleeves as well as the back. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use. Accompanied by the original auction listing from From The Game Auctions, in 2002.
