The 1927 New York Yankees are widely considered to be among the greatest teams to ever take the field. "Murderers Row" included such baseball legends as Babe Ruth, and Lou Gehrig. The team dominated their league, winning 110 regular season games before sweeping the Pirates in a four game World Series. This press pin from that spectacular series is from the estate of former Yankee great Pat Collins and is accompanied by documentation that traces ownership from Collins right down to his great-cousin. The pin is in spectacular condition retaining all of it's original red, white, and blue enamel and has barely tarnished in the over 75 years since the series was played. It was manufactured by Dieges and Clust.
