These cardboard novelties were issued by the American Tobacco Co. in sets of four. There has been speculation that only two complete sets have been assembled. The example offered is of popular Hall of Fame pitcher Christy Mathewson. The item grades NM with fantastic colors and brilliant clarity. Minor restoration was done along the edges. Displays nicely with incredible eye-appeal. Measures 7-1/2" in diameter and the handle is 5". These fans are few and far between.
