Lee Smith was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2018. Inside the rear neck is the Wilson manufacturer’s tag size “46” with washing instructions sans the strip tag. On the left sleeve is a Cubs team logo patch. On the left chest is the large Cubs team logo patch in red, white and blue stitching on white tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name “SMITH” and below is the player number “46”. These are done in red on white tackle twill. Smith signed the back of the jersey in black marker with the added inscription “Game Used” and in our opinion the signature rates a 9. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA and a Smith LOA.
