Ivan Rodriguez was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2017 on the first ballor. Offered is a complete ensemble of Rodriguez’s game-used catchers equipment, cleats and an additional mask from his time with the Texas Rangers. Wilson manufactured shin guards, “A3207” chest protector and two alternating colored masks. All parts of the ensemble show excellent game use. Rodriguez signed all parts of the ensemble except for the blue mask with one added inscription on the red mask reading “Game Used” and in our opinion the signatures rate between 6-8. Also included are a pair of Nike manufactured black cleats with white trim. Rodriguez’s number “7” is embroidered on the backs and on the tongues with “Pudge” also on the tongues. Rodriguez signed the outside ankles of both cleats in silver marker and in our opinion the signatures rate a combined 7. This catchers gear and cleats are properly tagged, were presented to us as game-used and show use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
