Signatures include: Scott Wedman, Dennis Johnson, Carlos Clark, M.L. Carr, Robert Parrish, Cornbread Maxwell, K.C. Jones, Larry Bird, Rick Carlisle, Quinn Buckner, Greg Kite, Kevin McHale, and Danny Ainge. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
