On the left front tail is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturers size 50 tag. Above is the “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Los Angeles Rams” tag. Above these is the “Wm. Fredericks Company” tag. On the front, back and on each sleeve of is the player number "53" in yellow vinyl lettering. Across the back is the player name "JIM and "YOUNGBLOOD" in white vinyl lettering on separate blue name plates. Hand warmers have been added to the front. The jersey shows heavy game-use with numerous team repairs and besides the hand warmers being added appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
