On the front left tail of the jersey is the "NIKE" manufacturer's tag. Attached are a size “46” and "L" flag tags. Adjacent to the "NIKE" tag is a “97” year tag. On the front, back, and both shoulders is the player number "12" in white on gold tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "TESTAVERDE" in white tackle twill on a purple name plate. Below the e player number on both sleeves is the “NIKE” logo patch sewn over the “Starter” logo. Below that on both sleeves is the “Ravens” team logo patch. On the front of the collar is the official "NFL" logo patch. Below that is the "RAVENS" logo patch. The jersey shows moderate quarterback game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
