On the front left tail of this jersey is the "Majestic" manufacturer's tag with a flag tag attached reading "48." Inside the left hip of the jersey is a wash tag with code "0062" on it. Across the front of the jersey "Cardinals" is written. Below that and on the back is the player number "5." Across the back of the jersey is the player name "PUJOLS" sewn on a name plate. All lettering and numbering is done in red on navy tackle twill. On the back of the collar is the official MLB logo patch. On the right sleeve is the "2004 World Series" patch. On the left sleeve is the embroidered "Majestic" logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
