Nicknamed "The Great One," Wayne Gretzky is deservedly referred to as the greatest hockey player of all time. He is the only player to have his number (99) officially retired by the National Hockey League for all teams. Offered are two Starter manufactured size “48-R” white New York Rangers jerseys. Both jerseys read “RANGERS” diagonally across the front. The player number “99” appears on both sleeves and on back and across the back is the player name “GRETZKY”. The fight strap is intact on both. Gretzky signed the back second player number “9” in silver marker and in our opinion the signatures rate a combined 8.5. Accompanied by one Upper Deck COA and an ALOA from JSA for both jerseys.
