Original 1915 “CYKO” postcard featuring Babe Ruth and his AL Champion Red Sox teammates. The postcard captures the Boston Red Sox in a posed team photo, including Babe Ruth, who is seen standing in the back row. Each member of the club is identified in print atop his image. "The Boston Red Sox - American League Champions - Season 1915" appears in white letters below. The verso of the card is marked “POST CARD” along with the “PLACE POSTAGE HERE” marking. The postcard measures 3.5” x 5” and it has never been mailed, stamped or written on. It is in VG condition with some minor damage to the reverse side, the front displays beautifully. Also included is an 11” x 14” sepia toned team-photo of the 1914 Providence Greys featuring Babe Ruth and his minor league teammates. The back of the photo is blank, it is indeed vintage but it is not clear when it was produced. The photo is in VG-EX condition.
