Mike Piazza was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2016. The 12-time All-Star used this mitt during his time with the Dodgers and is sourced from a bat boy. This Rawlings manufactured model PRO-LTF catcher’s miss shows heavy game use. A repair is in the web of the glove. Rawlings had a Caravan during the 1990s that would repair gloves for the players. Piazza’s number “31” is on the thumb in black marker and the player name “Piazza” is next to the Rawlings tag on the back of the glove also in black marker. Above the Gold Glove Series there is “HEB01”. This mitt is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and shows wear. Accompanied by an additional LOA.
