John Smoltz was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2015 on the first ballot. Smoltz won a World Series in 1995 and was named the National League Cy Young Award winner in 1996. His number 29 is retired by the Atlanta Braves franchise. On the front left tail is the Russell Athletic manufacturer’s tag size “48” with washing instructions. Attached is a flag tag reading “100% POLYESTER”. Across the chest reads “Atlanta” in script style writing with the team’s Tomahawk logo below. On the back is the player number “29”. These are done in red on navy blue tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name “SMOLTZ” in navy blue tackle on a grey nameplate. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
