On the front left tail is the MacGregor manufacturer’s tag size “44”. Adjacent are three additional strip tags; one is blank, another has washing instructions, and the last one is a rare “BUCKY WARREN” distributor’s tag which was seen on Boston Patriots jerseys in this era. Across the chest reads, “BOSTON” and below and on the back is the player number, “6”. All numbering and lettering is done in white tackle twill sewn directly onto the durene jersey. This jersey was presented to us as a salesman sample and shows appropriate age.
