Marketed under the Vendo name, this Westinghouse-made cabinet was fitted with a Vendo coin operated top to dispense Coca-Cola. The Vendo Standard was the next size up from the Vendo Junior (the earliest of which were ice cooled, later electrically refrigerated) and had a vending capacity of 39 bottles. This model was produced in the late 1930s - early 1940s and is a perfect early historical example in the long evolution of soft drink dispensers. Measuring 42-5/8" high x 31" wide x 28-1/2" deep, this Vendo Standard is in mint condition and fully functional, having been completely restored. Shipping will be expensive for this item.
