Formed in 1902, The Texas Company ("Texaco") went on to become one of the premier American oil companies of its day, and continues as ChevronTexaco. Included is a 14" x 11" x 7" children's red battery-powered "Fire Chief Speaker Hat" from the 1950s, in NR-MT condition with speaker beneath the star logo on front and removable earpiece push-button microphone. There are five vintage cans of Texaco products, each showing some wear and minor rusting: One Quart can of Texaco Outboard Motor Oil SAE 30 (empty, 1950s); full 18-ounce cylinder tin of Texaco Heavy Duty Radiator Cleaner (1950s); full 10-ounce can of Texaco Radiator Stop Leak (1950s); One Quart can of Texaco Outboard Motor Oil (empty, 1950s) and a full four-ounce can of Texaco Home Lubricant with short spout (1930s). There is a full 1950s package of "Texaco Texwax Pure Refined Paraffine" (which Texaco did not spell correctly on their packaging ["paraffin"] until the 1960s) for household use, still sealed in its original paper wrapper with some tearing. There are also four hats in this collection: one size-7 olive drab baseball cap (mechanic's cap) with "Texaco" logo, showing some use; and three olive drab service station attendant's hats with "Texaco" logo (two have EX-MT interiors with light wear, the third is a winter station hat with light green parade braid, is size 7-1/8 and grades EX-MT to NR-MT).
