Exceptionally scarce Esterbrook silver nibbed black and clear acrylic fountain pen incised "THE PRESIDENT-THE WHITE HOUSE", 6" in length, one of the pens used by President Kennedy on Aug. 31, 1962 to sign The Communications Satellite Act of 1962 (House Resolution 11040) into law. The pen was then presented to Dave Powers by the President. Pen is magnificently custom framed and matted with color photo of President Kennedy along with descriptive write-up, overall size 14-1/3" x 23-1/2."
