Receipts include those from Best & Co., Bergdorf Goodman, Canada Dry, Atlantic Seafood Market, Woodward & Lothrop Inc., Thomas Henson Flowers, Bonwit Teller, Dryomatic Corp., Chez Ninon Inc., Lord & Taylor, and Elizabeth Arden. They date from between his first month in the White House to within months of his death. The receipts are in VG-NM condition with some having staple holes, yellowing, ripped corners, and small folds.
