A toy company attempted to be on the cutting edge by using special government microchips to make their toys talk. Instead, the toys began to think for themselves and started a war with another group of toys. It was an all-out battle between the Commando Elite and the Gorgonites. Actor Phil Hartman wore this jungle vest and hat in the scene labeled "The Yard." This size XL Banana Republic vest and Golden Gate hat come with a COA from Startifacts Prop Co.
