Director John Sturges' retells the story of the legendary shootout between Wyatt Earp and his men in the city of Tombstone. It is one of those legendary events of the Wild West that Hollywood recreates over and over again. In this 1957 version, we see Burt Lancaster as Wyatt Earp and Kirk Douglas as Doc Holliday. The linen-backed poster, which is in fine condition shows large images of Lancaster and Douglas in black and white, with a red and yellow artist rendition of the two gangs getting ready to go at it set behind them. This film is considered to be part of the Golden Era of Westerns. This one-sheet measures 27" x 42", comes framed in black, and is in excellent to near mint condition.
