Inside the neck is a white patch reading, "01-52" denoting year and jersey size, respectively. The number "4" is on the front, rear and both sleeves in green tackle twill. The official "NFL" logo is in the V-neck. On the rear in a white nameplate is the name "Favre" in green tackle twill. There is an autograph on the rear of the jersey that rates a 10. The jersey comes with a letter from PSA/DNA and a letter from Brett Favre which includes a picture of himself holding the autographed jersey.
