The number "51" is on the front, rear and both sleeves in white on orange. The "75th Anniversary" patch is on the front right shoulder. The name "Cox" is on the rear nameplate in white on orange tackle twill. Inside the neck of the Abdul-Jabbar is a tag reading, "97-46" denoting year and jersey size, respectively. In the V-neck is the "NFL" logo. The number "33" is on the front, rear and both sleeves. The name "Abdul-Jabbar" is on a nameplate on the rear. On the left front tail is the "Starter" tag with "L" and "46" flag tags. There is an autograph on the back rating a 10.
Inside the neck of the Ruddy is the "98-48" tag denoting year and jersey size, respectively. The number "61" is on the front, rear and both sleeves. The name "Ruddy" is on the rear nameplate. All letters and numbers are done in tackle twill. The sleeves have been custom cut and hemmed. Inside the right tail is a "Starter" tag.
