Known for his blistering speed and exceptional hands Costello compiled 8,622 points in 706 games in the NBA with the Syracuse Nationals and the Philadelphia 76ers. He later went on to coach Oscar Robertson and a young Lew Alcindor on the Milwaukee Bucks. On the front is the team name "East" and on the front and back is the number "21." All letters and numbers are done in white tackle twill. Inside the left rear tail is the "Rawlings" manufacturer's tag with jersey size "42." Next to the Rawlings tag is a wash tag. There is an autograph on the front that rates a 7 and comes with a PSA/DNA letter. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
