To this day, Byron Nelson still holds the record for most consecutive PGA victories with 11 wins. From March 8 to August 4, 1945, Byron won every tournament he played. Nelson clinched his 11th victory in the Canadian Open, which was played at the Thornhill Golf Club in Ontario. Offered here is the original program from this historic PGA event. The Byron Nelson biography page includes a seven shot sequence of his powerful swing, labeling him the "Low Scoring Ace of Golf." Also included along with the program is an unmarked scorecard with the 120+ golfer's names and caddy numbers, as well as a blue and red map of all the holes on the back. There is also a separate sheet that shows each golfer's start time for the final day of the tournament, as well as their totals for the first 36 holes. This program is extremely rare, and with the exception of some light wear and yellowing, is in excellent to near mint condition. Very few of these programs are known to exist.
