To honor the best baseball players of all time, Major League Baseball held a 100th Anniversary Banquet in Washington D.C. The league honored the 'best living' and the 'best ever' player from every position including manager, as well as naming someone just plain "Greatest." Babe Ruth was nominated the "Greatest Player Ever" and Joe DiMaggio was nominated the "Greatest Living Player." This black and white photo shows thousands of guests in the banquet hall, as well as the honorary players. The panoramic picture measures 46" x 10" and is in VG condition with some tears along the sides, small folds, and some browning from age. The picture comes rolled.
