Offered here are three original newspaper drawings of Jackie Robinson. The first drawing is a 14" x 17" charcoal pencil portrait of Jackie. It says "Jackie Robinson" in blue pencil below the face. The next drawing is an action sketch of Jackie flinging a ball wearing his Montreal Royals jersey. It measures 16-1/2" x 14", and is done in black paint, charcoal, and blue pencil. It says "Jackie Played Short Before He Moved Over To 2nd Base." The last drawing is a 17-3/4" x 14" charcoal sketch of three members of the press watching the game from above. The caption reads "Press Box Pundits Watch Jackie Get A Hit." All three drawings are inscribed with the artists name, "Pierotti" and location, "Jersey City." The drawings are rolled and are in EX condition with some bent corners, light spotting, and some browning from age.
