The 1968 St. Louis Cardinals tore through their regular season schedule, winning just shy of 100 games, and met the Detroit Tigers in one of the most memorable World Series of the 1960s. The Cardinals roster from that season reads like a who's who of baseball greats, and 26 members of the team have coated the surface of this ball with their signatures, including Orlando Cepeda and Red Schoendienst (sweet spot), Bob Gibson, Roger Maris, Curt Flood, Tim McCarver, Steve Carlton, Dick Schofield, Bobby Tolan, Ray Washburn, Julian Javier, Nelson Briles, and others. The signatures are done in ink and rate 8 or better and appear on a cream-colored ONL Giles baseball that is in near-mint to mint condition. The autographs come with a letter from PSA/DNA.
