On the back is the player name "Grudzielanek" and centered below it is the player number "8", both done in blue on white tackle twill. The MLB logo is on the back neck. The "40th Anniversary" team patch is on the right sleeve, and the "LA" team logo and "Rawlings" logo are on the left sleeve. Jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
