In the 1955 World Series, a 23-year-old no-name beat the Yankees 8-3 in Game 3 and 2-0 in Game 7 to give the Brooklyn Dodgers their first-ever World Series title. In the neck of this grey flannel jersey is the "Rawlings Hall of Fame Flannel" manufacturer's tag with jersey size "42." On the inside of the left front tail are two tags, one with wash instructions, the other reading "65% Wool 35% Nylon." The team name "Dodgers" is across the front in script-style lettering and the number "45" is on the rear. All numbers and letters are done in blue felt. On the front is an autograph that reads, "To Hutch Best Wishes Johnny Padres" and rates an 8. The autograph is attributed to Fred Hutchinson and comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
