At the age of 42, Ryan, still overwhelming hitters with a 95-mph fastball, reached the unbelievable milestone of 5,000 strikeouts. The left front tail of this jersey features the "W.A. Goodman & Sons" manufacturer's tag with wash instructions and the size "44." Embroidered on the left sleeve is the "Houston Astros 1986 All-Star Game" patch. The team name "Astros" and the star logo are embroidered on the front of the jersey and the number "31" is embroidered on the back, all done in blue on white tackle twill. On the back of the jersey, above the number on a white nameplate, is the name "Ryan" in blue tackle twill. There is an autograph on the front. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The jersey comes with a PSA/DNA letter.
